Communik is a service operated by Webevolutis. Director of publication: Jeremy Gallois, manager of the company.

Hosting

The service, and the websites published with it, are hosted by:

  • OVHcloud (OVH SAS, RCS Lille Metropole 424 761 419), 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France. Telephone: +33 9 72 10 10 07. Servers located in the European Union.
  • Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, United States, for the content delivery network and media storage.

Intellectual property

The site and the service, their software, interfaces, texts, graphics, logos and screenshots are the property of Webevolutis or of its licensors, and are protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction or representation, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation is prohibited.

Your work stays yours. Websites, texts, images and data created by Communik users remain the property of their authors. Publishing a site with Communik grants us no ownership over it, and no right to reuse it beyond what is technically required to run the service.

Communik is a trademark used by Webevolutis. Third-party names and logos shown on this site belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.

Reporting illegal content

Communik hosts websites published by its users. As a hosting provider within the meaning of the French law for confidence in the digital economy and of the European Digital Services Act, we act on illegal content once it is reported to us.

Report a site or a page at jeremy@webevolutis.com, in English or in French, with the exact address of the content, an explanation of why you consider it illegal, and how to contact you. We acknowledge every report and tell you what we decided. Manifestly illegal content is removed without delay.

The same address is our single point of contact for authorities and for users regarding content moderation.

Consumer disputes

If you are a consumer and something goes wrong, write to us first at jeremy@webevolutis.com: most problems are settled in a couple of emails. If we cannot agree, articles L.611-1 and following of the French Consumer Code entitle you to refer the dispute, free of charge, to a consumer mediator. Contact us and we will give you the details of the mediator competent for your case.

The European online dispute resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025 and is therefore no longer available.

Getting in touch
