One minute to see how it works.
From the first sentence to the site online.
Your customers book online.
A free survey visit at a time that suits you.
You set your hours, customers pick a slot on your site, the booking lands in your calendar.
A site that works while you work.
Four things that turn a visitor into a customer, in place from the first day.
A survey before the shopping list
Visitors fear being sold cameras everywhere. Say that you walk round first and propose only what is useful.
The camera rules, without legal jargon
At home, only your property. In a shop, a permit, a sign and one month of images. Written once, it saves hours of explanations.
Fault call-outs, town by town
Within 24 hours here, 48 hours there: a client choosing between two installers often picks the one who says when he will come.
Five security designs to test with your name
Keypad Panel, Camera Wall, Protected Sticker, Dusk House or Access Badge: each one takes your company name the moment you type it.
The pages you get
Not an empty template to fill in: pages already written and already linked to each other, with example content you correct instead of writing from scratch.

What stays with you and your partners
The remote monitoring contract with the licensed company, prefecture permit files once filed, system programming and your insurance.
The mistakes thatcost you clients.
Seen on hundreds of sites in this trade, and each one is cheap to fix.
Cameras sold as if the street were yours
A client who films the pavement is in breach; the site should say so before he asks.
"Licensed security company" without a licence
An installer is not a monitoring company; the confusion costs credibility.
Prices only after a visit
An order of magnitude installed keeps the visitor until the survey.
No word about faults
An alarm that beeps at night needs a technician; say how fast you come.
Photos of airports and stations
Big surveillance domes frighten a family; show a keypad in a hallway.
An alarm is often bought after a fright: a burglary in the street, a door forced at a neighbour's, a broken shop window. People search that same evening, alarm installer near me, CCTV installation Tours or home alarm price, and they want three answers at once: what a system costs installed, what the law allows, and whether someone will come quickly if it goes wrong.
Can I film the street from my front door?
No, and the question comes up constantly. At home, a camera films only the owner's property: not the pavement, not the neighbour's garden, which is why privacy masks exist. In a shop, filming the sales area needs a prefecture permit, a sign for customers and images kept one month at most, with staff informed. Say this on your site and you attract clients who want a lawful system, and you spare yourself awkward conversations after installation.
Alarm, cameras or remote monitoring?
Visitors often mix them up. An intrusion alarm detects and makes intruders leave; cameras show what happened; remote monitoring adds someone who reacts when you are away. On the site, each has its page with what is installed, what to know and an installed starting price. Remote monitoring is explained as it is: provided by a monitoring company licensed by the CNAPS, your partner, which checks every alert before calling the police. That sentence alone sets you apart from installers who blur the roles.
A security installer website that gives call-out times
After installation, the real test is the first fault. List the towns you cover with their postcode and how quickly a technician comes out: within 24 hours in town, 48 hours further away. Clients comparing two quotes look for this, and maintenance contracts sell more easily when the delay is written down.
Four detectors, not twelve cameras
The fear behind many calls is being oversold. Explain what your survey visit covers: a walk round the house or the shop, every door and accessible window, the outbuildings, the way the household lives, the pets that would set off a badly chosen detector. Then a written quote where each detector, camera and reader has its place and its price. Say too that some insurers ask for an alarm, sometimes certified NF&A2P, and that you hand over the installation certificate to send them. A visitor who reads this calls for a survey rather than for a catalogue price.
Homes, shops and buildings do not read the same site
A family wants to understand what will be fixed where, and the Dusk House design marks it on a drawn house. A shopkeeper wants to see the till and the stockroom, and Camera Wall shows four live views. A residents' association wants badges and a video panel, and Access Badge speaks its language. Keypad Panel suits most installers, and Protected Sticker suits those who advertise locally. In every design, the survey request asks the address and the type of premises.
Try it now with your own trading name: keypad, cameras and call-out promises appear under it, ready to compare.

Before you start.Everything else, just ask.
What people ask before they get going.
Does the site say that I am licensed by the CNAPS?
No, and it should not: installing equipment needs no licence. The site explains that remote monitoring is provided by a monitoring company licensed by the CNAPS, your partner, which is the accurate way to put it.
Many of my clients are shops. Is that covered?
Yes. The good-to-know section explains the prefecture permit for cameras filming a sales area, the customer sign, the one-month limit on images and informing staff. The Camera Wall design is drawn for shops and businesses.
Can I mention the NF&A2P certification?
The module says that certified equipment is available when an insurer asks for it. Mention a certification of your own company, such as APSAD, only if you hold it; the site never invents one.
How do I show the towns I cover?
Each town has its postcode and your fault call-out time, such as within 24 hours. The list can be hidden if you cover a whole county.
Can clients book the survey visit online?
Turn on bookings, an option starting at €19 excl. VAT per month, and the survey visit is booked like a hairdresser appointment. Should you charge for it, Stripe pays you directly, commission-free.
I also do locks and armoured doors. Which module should I use?
If locks and emergency openings are your main job, the locksmith module fits better. This one is for installers of alarms, cameras, video entry and access control.
