It does the showing for you. The decree of 24 January 2017 requires hourly rates, flat fees and travel costs to be given before the contract is made and to be available online, and a detailed quote before the work. Your prices are on the site, and the step-by-step repeats it.
Can the site help customers after a burglary?
Yes: a dedicated job explains what to do (police report, notifying the insurer within 2 working days, photos) and offers a quote the customer can send to the insurer.
Does the site talk about checking identity?
Yes, as a practice of the trade: you ask for proof before opening. No law requires it, and the site never presents it as an obligation.
