Yes. The subscription is the whole cost of keeping your site online: hosting, the CDN that serves it worldwide, the SSL certificate and the backups. There is no separate hosting bill and no server to rent.
The one thing you buy elsewhere is your domain name, from a registrar, in your own name. You point it at your site and we serve it.
