What you get

A site that works while you work.

Four things that turn a visitor into a customer, in place from the first day.

Requests that already give the surface and the rhythm

The form collects the address, the type of place with its surface and how often the client needs you. Before calling back, you know whether it is 200 m² of offices every evening or a one-off deep clean after works.

Offices on one page, households on another

Office cleaning, home cleaning, windows, communal areas, end-of-works: each service has its own page with a starting price and a usual frequency, so a managing agent and a family each find what concerns them.

Your promises about keys and teams, in writing

Four commitments set out what clients worry about most: the same team on their premises, a written specification, regular checks with a named contact, and the products you use. Keys and alarm codes get their own note.

Your towns and your services, filled in as you type

Enter your company name and phone number in the preview on this page and the cleaning site rewrites itself around them. Creating an account only comes later, if you decide to keep it.

The pages you get

Not an empty template to fill in: pages already written and already linked to each other, with example content you correct instead of writing from scratch.

What is added to your project

Ready-to-use databases. Edit one row and every page that shows it updates.

    The checklist

    What your website
    must contain.

The sections that actually bring in enquiries, and the ones you can skip.

Services split between offices and private homes

A company and a household do not read the same page. Separate office cleaning from home cleaning, then give windows, communal areas, floors and end-of-works cleaning their own pages, so each visitor lands on what they came for.

A starting price and a frequency on each service

"From €X a visit, usually weekly" is enough for someone to know whether to ask for a quote. Prices including VAT, marked as indicative, avoid the impression that you hide them.

A clear word about keys and alarm codes

Handing over a badge or a front door key is the moment people hesitate most. Explain how keys are labelled, where codes are kept and who can use them.

One team, one site, one written specification

The same faces every week and a list of tasks agreed in writing are what offices and families ask for after a bad experience. Put both on the home page.

Towns covered, with the wait before a site visit

A list of towns with their postcodes, and how many days before you can come and look, answers the question "do you come out here?" without a call.

Reviews from an office manager and from a household

One review from a business and one from a family show you handle both. A line about the regular slot or the clean after works says more than five stars.

    01Budget

    What it really
    costs.

Real figures, including what you pay elsewhere and what you no longer pay here.

Building your cleaning site: free, no card

Choosing a design, adding your services and towns and checking the result in the preview costs nothing. No bank card is asked for while you build.

Putting it online under your company's domain

Publishing on your own domain costs €14 excl. VAT a month, billed for the year, with hosting and the SSL certificate included. Online booking of site visits is an option from €19 excl. VAT a month, paid into your Stripe account with no Communik commission, and FAQ, reviews, gallery or blog modules can be added whenever you want.

What the site leaves to you: products, insurance, contracts

Your equipment and cleaning products, your liability insurance, the contracts you sign with businesses and the paperwork of a personal-services declaration stay outside the site. It presents them; it does not replace them.

    02To avoid

    The mistakes that
    cost you clients.

Seen on hundreds of sites in this trade, and each one is cheap to fix.

    "General cleaning" and nothing underneath

A single line covering offices, homes and building sites tells nobody what you actually do. Name each service and say what it includes.

Promising the tax credit when you are not declared

The 50 % credit depends on your declaration as a personal-services provider. Announcing it to everyone ends with clients waiting for a certificate that never comes.

Hiding that the team changes every week

If you rotate staff, say how the specification follows the site. Silence on the subject leaves clients imagining a stranger with their keys each time.

A quote form with no room for the surface

Without the type of place and its size, every request means a second exchange before you can give a price. Ask for them in the form itself.

End-of-works cleaning lumped in with weekly housework

Plaster dust, paint on the windows and stickers on the tiles are a different job. Give it its own page and price, or builders will look elsewhere.

Who opens the door at six in the morning?

Before anyone compares prices, they want to know who will be inside their premises when nobody else is. An office manager hands over a badge and an alarm code; a retired couple hands over a front door key. Say plainly how you handle this: keys labelled with a code rather than an address, alarm codes stored separately, the same team on the same site week after week, and a named person to ring when something is not right. These few lines reassure more than any slogan about quality.

Offices and households do not buy cleaning the same way

A company or a managing agent signs a contract. They want a written specification, visits that fit around their opening hours and one invoice a month. A household wants a reliable person, a regular slot and a price per visit it can plan around. If your site mixes the two in one paragraph, neither feels addressed. Give each its own page: office cleaning with evening or early-morning visits and the areas covered, home cleaning with the time spent per visit, then windows, communal areas, floors and end-of-works cleaning, each with a starting price and how often it is usually booked.

The home cleaning tax credit: mention it only when it applies

In France, cleaning in a private home gives a 50 % tax credit within a yearly ceiling, but only when the company is declared as a personal-services provider. Plenty of clients have heard of it and will ask. If you are declared, say so and explain that the quote states whether it applies. If you are not, leave it out: promising it to everyone breeds disappointment when the tax certificate never arrives. Office cleaning and the clean-up after building works give no such credit, whatever your status.

What a cleaning company website can prove before the first visit

Most people looking for a cleaning company in Nantes, or in their own town, have already been let down once. They read quickly and look for proof. Your pages can give it:

    • each service with a starting price, VAT included, and the usual frequency;
    • the towns you cover and how soon you can come and look at the premises;
    • four steps, from the site visit to the check-in after the first weeks;
    • the products you use, eco-labelled where you can, without claiming a certification you do not hold;
    • a few reviews from real clients, offices and homes alike.

A quote you can price without three phone calls

Cleaning is priced on three things: the kind of place, the surface and the frequency. Every request from your Communik site arrives with the address, a description such as "offices, 200 m²" or "three-room flat after works", and how often the client needs you: once, weekly, every evening. You can suggest a visit or a first figure the same day, rather than chasing details by email. The form sits on the home page, on the services list and on every service page, and your phone number stays in the header for people who would rather call.

Open the preview on this page, type your company name and the towns you cover, and watch your cleaning site take shape before you commit to anything.

    Questions

    Before you start.
    Everything else, just ask.

What people ask before they get going.

Can I show different prices for offices and for private homes?

Yes. Each service has its own page with a starting price and a usual frequency: office cleaning, home cleaning, windows, end-of-works cleaning, deep cleans, floors, communal areas, kitchens and bathrooms. You keep the ones you offer and change the figures.

What does the quote form ask the client for?

Their name and contact details, the address of the premises, the type of place with its surface (for example "offices, 200 m²" or "house after works"), and how often they need you: once, weekly, every evening.

Should my site mention the 50 % tax credit for home cleaning?

Only if your company is declared as a personal-services provider. The site words it on that condition, and you remove the mention if you are not declared. Office and end-of-works cleaning never qualify.

Can I list the towns where my teams work?

Yes. Each town appears with its postcode and how soon you can visit the premises. If you would rather not show the list, one option hides the section.

How does the site deal with keys and alarm codes?

A short "good to know" explains how keys and alarms are handled, next to four commitments: the same team, a written specification, regular checks with a named contact, and the products used. You rewrite each one to match how you really work.

Can a client book the site visit online?

With the optional booking module, from €19 excl. VAT a month, the client picks a slot for the visit from your calendar. If you ever take a payment, it lands on your own Stripe account and Communik takes no commission. Without it, the quote form and your phone number do the job.
