One minute to see how it works.
From the first sentence to the site online.
Your customers book online.
A yearly boiler service, a heat pump service, a visit for a quote.
You set your hours, customers pick a slot on your site, the booking lands in your calendar.
A site that works while you work.
Four things that turn a visitor into a customer, in place from the first day.
Requests that name the boiler and its age
Address, appliance, brand, age and what is needed: breakdown, servicing or replacement. You load the van with the right part before setting off.
The servicing rules, written for homeowners
Yearly for boilers, every two years for heat pumps, a certificate within fifteen days: the site explains it calmly, and reminds people that chimney sweeping is a separate matter.
Breakdown, contract, heat pump, stove: a design for each customer
Each design starts from a real customer: the household after a trusted engineer, the one leaving oil, the one who thinks about servicing, the one who is cold tonight, the one who wants a stove.
Your heating business, previewed as you type
Enter your business name and the number for breakdowns: this page shows your future site straight away. You only need an account once you want to keep it.
The pages you get
Not an empty template to fill in: pages already written and already linked to each other, with example content you correct instead of writing from scratch.

Heat pump pages that stay honest about aid
RGE named when you hold it, and no grant amounts that age badly.
Starting prices from servicing to replacement
The yearly visit, the repair, the new boiler or heat pump, each with its figure.

Trying designs before the heating season: free
Building the site and watching it take shape costs nothing, and no card details are needed.
Online for €14 a month, invoiced once a year
Publishing on your domain is €14 excl. VAT a month, hosting and SSL included. Letting customers book servicing slots costs extra, starting at €19 excl. VAT monthly, with payments on your Stripe account and nothing deducted by Communik; FAQ, reviews, gallery and blog modules can be switched on later.
Parts, refrigerants and certifications are not part of it
Your domain name if you need one, your RGE audit, your refrigerant handling certificate and your stock stay outside the subscription.
The mistakes thatcost you clients.
Seen on hundreds of sites in this trade, and each one is cheap to fix.
Showing RGE without the certificate
The status is public and checkable, and grants depend on it.
Quoting grant amounts that are already outdated
The scales move often; a wrong figure becomes your problem on the quote.
Confusing chimney sweeping with boiler servicing
They are two separate obligations, and customers mix them up enough already.
A request form that ignores the appliance
Without the type and brand, the first visit is spent finding out what to order.
Waiting for September to go online
Servicing searches start before the cold: be there when they do.
A heating engineer's year has its own rhythm. Servicing requests pile up before winter, breakdowns spike with the first frost, replacement projects come once the heating is off. People type boiler service, heat pump installer or heating engineer Dijon, and they choose the business that shows it understands their appliance and their deadline.
Autumn, the season of the service the law requires
In France a gas, oil or wood boiler between 4 and 400 kW must be serviced every year, and a heat pump between 4 and 70 kW every two years. The engineer hands over a service certificate within fifteen days, and the homeowner keeps it for at least two years. Your site states these rules in a "good to know" section, so visitors understand why they are calling and what they will receive. Chimney sweeping is a separate duty set by local health regulations, and the page says so rather than mixing the two.
Gas, oil, heat pump or stove? Knowing before you set off
The request form asks for the address and the equipment: gas or oil boiler, heat pump, stove, with the brand and age if the customer knows them. It also takes an email address, where your certificate or quote can be sent. You read "condensing gas boiler, 2012, fault F28" and you know which parts to take before leaving. The form appears on the home page, the price list and every service page, and its confirmation message reminds anyone with no heating at all to phone you directly.
Moving away from oil without promising grants you cannot deliver
Since July 2022 new oil boilers can no longer be installed in homes, which is why so many owners now ask about heat pumps. One of the designs is built for that switch, with a before and after view and the steps from the first visit to commissioning. Public aid such as MaPrimeRénov' is only available through an RGE-certified business, so your site mentions it only if you hold that certification, and never with an amount: the scales change far too often.
Breakdown delays, town by town, on your heating engineer website
When the radiators are cold, people want to know whether you come out to their village and how soon. The towns list gives each one its postcode and your usual breakdown delay; remove it if you would rather not commit. Your phone number sits in every header, and the services list shows a starting price and a typical duration for servicing, repair, boiler replacement, air-to-water heat pumps and their upkeep, stoves, radiators and controls.
A maintenance contract for the homes you already know
The contract page explains in plain terms what it covers: the yearly or two-yearly visit, the reminder and appointment you arrange yourself, priority call-back in a breakdown, and a reminder that parts may be charged on top unless stated. A one-off visit becomes a lasting relationship. If you would rather customers picked their servicing slot themselves, add online booking; payments go straight to your Stripe account.
Start from the design closest to your customers, and see your heating business online before the autumn rush.

I founded Communik and I read every request. Tell me about your business: we look at it together and I tell you plainly what you need, whether you build the site yourself or we build it for you.
Before you start.Everything else, just ask.
What people ask before they get going.
Can customers book their yearly service online?
Yes, once you add online booking (€19 excl. VAT monthly at the entry level). Any payment reaches your own Stripe account and Communik keeps none of it. Without it, requests arrive with the address and the appliance, and you call back to set the date.
Does the site explain the service certificate?
Yes: it says the certificate is handed over within fifteen days of the visit and should be kept for at least two years, and that a heat pump is serviced every two years.
I do not fit oil boilers or air conditioning. Can I say so?
Yes. Delete the services you do not offer and write on the price list what you do not take on. Fewer pointless calls, clearer expectations.
I am not RGE. Will grants still be mentioned?
No. Mentions of MaPrimeRénov' and other aid are tied to RGE certification: without it they are removed, so the site never promises what you cannot deliver.
Is there a design for wood and pellet stove fitters?
Yes, one of the designs starts from the customer who wants a stove, with the warmth of a wood fire at its heart. Stoves also have their own service page.
Can I show my refrigerant handling certificate or gas qualification?
Yes. When you set up the site, you list the certifications you can evidence, and only those appear. Leave the field empty and nothing is claimed.
