Rewrite my page for the lunchtime circuit in a warmer tone.
The AI does the rest
Rewrite a page, add a section, change the colours: describe it, the AI builds it.
One minute to see how it works.
From the first sentence to the site online.
Your customers book online.
A trial session, a group class, a personal coaching session.
You set your hours, customers pick a slot on your site, the booking lands in your calendar.
A site that works while you work.
Four things that turn a visitor into a customer, in place from the first day.
Trial sessions matched to the person
What they want to try, where they start from and a line for an injury or a pregnancy: the coach prepares a first session that suits them.
The weekly class grid, readable on a phone
Day, time, activity, coach and level for every slot, from the early morning circuit to the evening body sculpt class.
Passes with their conditions, not just a price
Trial session, monthly pass, session card and coaching, each with what it includes and how long it commits the member, if at all.
Your gym's look on screen from the first click
Open Floor, Iron Hall, Group Pulse, Coach One or Gentle Restart: choose one, type the gym's name and the preview fills in. The account waits until you decide to keep it.
The pages you get
Not an empty template to fill in: pages already written and already linked to each other, with example content you correct instead of writing from scratch.
What is added to your project
Ready-to-use databases. Edit one row and every page that shows it updates.
What your websitemust contain.
The sections that actually bring in enquiries, and the ones you can skip.
Staffed hours and access hours, day by day
When the doors open, and when a coach is on the floor.
A page for each activity on the floor
Weights, cardio, cross-training, circuits, with level and length.
The group class grid of the week
Every slot with its coach, its level and its time.
Passes and their real conditions
Price, what is included, minimum period and how to stop.
Coaches and their professional card
Who they are, what they hold, when to find them.
A trial session with a coach
Requested online, prepared from the person's starting point.
What it reallycosts.
Real figures, including what you pay elsewhere and what you no longer pay here.
Trying the gym site for free
Designing the site, adding your activities and checking the timetable costs nothing, and no bank card is requested.
Going live and selling class places
Online on your own domain for €14 excl. VAT a month, billed for the year, hosting and SSL certificate included. Class and coaching reservations can be added for €19 excl. VAT a month or more, with payments sent to your Stripe account and nothing kept by Communik. Reviews and FAQ can join later.
What your access system keeps doing
Badges and turnstiles, membership contracts, direct debits, your management software, and the domain name if you have not bought it yet.
The mistakes thatcost you clients.
Seen on hundreds of sites in this trade, and each one is cheap to fix.
Last season's timetable left as a PDF
Unreadable on a phone and often out of date by the time someone opens it.
Prices revealed only at the front desk
Many visitors leave rather than call to ask.
Stock photos of athletes instead of your floor
Beginners want to see the real room, the real machines and the real atmosphere.
Before-and-after promises
No gym can guarantee a result, and these pictures put off the people you most want.
A site written only for regulars
Jargon and max-effort videos scare off the people looking for a gentle restart.
The search usually happens at a turning point: a new job, a move, a doctor's advice to be more active, a resolution in January. People type gym near me, gym Lille or weight training gym, open three sites and keep the one where they can picture themselves on a Tuesday evening.
Can I train over my lunch break?
Opening hours decide more memberships than equipment lists. Put them first, day by day, with the staffed hours if they differ from access hours, and the class timetable just below. The timetable lists each slot with the day, the time, the activity, the coach and the level, so a nurse on shifts or an office worker with forty-five minutes at noon sees straight away whether the lunchtime circuit fits. Update it when the summer timetable starts and the site never contradicts the front desk.
The weights floor, the machines and the classes, seen before joining
Each activity has its own page: weight training, cardio, body sculpt, cross-training, the lunchtime circuit, stretching and mobility, personal coaching. Every page says what happens, who it suits, the level required and how long it lasts, with "free access" for the floor. Add your own photos of the racks, the cardio area and the studio: someone who has never set foot in a gym wants to see the place before the place sees them.
No-commitment pass, session card or coaching: prices on the table
Hidden prices are one of the surest ways to lose a visitor before they write. Show each formula with its price and what it includes: the free trial session, the monthly pass, the 10-session card valid six months, personal coaching by the hour. If a pass comes with a minimum period, say how long and how to end it. Clear terms avoid an argument at the desk three months later.
A gym website for people who have never lifted a bar
Regulars will find you anyway. The people to win over are beginners, people returning after years off and anyone intimidated by mirrors and loud music. Talk to them directly: a coach on the floor at set times, a programme written for their starting point, a trial session with someone who explains the machines. The trial form asks what they want to try and where they are starting from, and leaves a line for an injury or a pregnancy, so the coach can plan a suitable first session. The site suggests seeing a doctor when it is needed and never promises kilos or centimetres.
Qualified coaches, with the proof on the page
- Coaching a physical activity for pay requires a recognised diploma and a sports educator's professional card: say that your coaches hold one.
- Introduce them by first name and speciality, with the hours they are on the floor.
- Explain what personal coaching includes: an assessment, a written programme, follow-up sessions.
Members who want to reserve a coaching hour or a place in a class can do it themselves with the online booking option. Otherwise trial requests reach you by email, complete enough to answer in one message.
Enter the name of your gym in the preview and check how your timetable and passes look on a phone screen.

Before you start.Everything else, just ask.
What people ask before they get going.
Can members reserve a place in a group class online?
Yes, by switching on online booking, which starts at €19 excl. VAT monthly. You open the classes and coaching hours that can be reserved, and any payment taken goes to your own Stripe account, without commission for Communik. Without the option, the site collects trial requests by email.
My gym is open with a badge outside staffed hours. Can the site explain it?
Yes. The hours section is free text: you can show access hours and the times a coach is present side by side, day by day.
Do I have to ask new members for a medical certificate?
No law requires one to join a gym, so the site does not invent it. It advises seeing a doctor after an injury, during a pregnancy or in case of a health problem. If your gym asks for one as a house rule, you simply add it.
Can I introduce my coaches and their diplomas?
Yes, in the text of the home page and the activity pages: first name, speciality, the diploma or card they hold and the hours they are on the floor.
Will the site promise weight loss or visible results?
No. It talks about goals set with a coach, levels and session lengths, never about kilos, centimetres or deadlines.
Can the site handle monthly direct debits and access badges?
No. Memberships, direct debits and access control stay in your gym management software. The site informs, shows prices and brings in trial requests.
