What you get

A site that works while you work.

Four things that turn a visitor into a customer, in place from the first day.

Today's pitch, impossible to miss

Day, place, address and serving hours for every stop of the week, at the top of the home page and one tap away from the header.

Pre-orders with a collection time

Dishes and quantities, the day and the time the customer will come, plus a note for an allergy. You confirm, cook, and they pay at the hatch.

A short menu with allergens on each dish

Burgers, wraps, bowls and sides, each pictured and priced, allergens listed, the house favourite flagged, all readable in a queue.

Your truck in the preview before you register

Pick street kitchen, order ahead, night market, lunch break or village round, type your truck's name, and this page draws your site live. An account only if you want to keep it.

The pages you get

Not an empty template to fill in: pages already written and already linked to each other, with example content you correct instead of writing from scratch.

What is added to your project

Ready-to-use databases. Edit one row and every page that shows it updates.

    The checklist

    What your website
    must contain.

The sections that actually bring in enquiries, and the ones you can skip.

    The weekly schedule of stops

Day, place, address and hours for each pitch.

    Days off the road

Rest days and private bookings, so nobody waits for nothing.

    The menu with prices

Grouped by section, with a photo for each dish.

    Allergens dish by dish

Written, as required for food sold unpackaged.

    A pre-order with a pickup time

Ordered before noon, paid at the hatch.

    A private events section

Birthdays and company lunches, kept secondary.

    01Budget

    What it really
    costs.

Real figures, including what you pay elsewhere and what you no longer pay here.

The site, without the fuel bill

Creating and previewing your truck's site costs nothing, and no bank card is requested. Live on your own domain, it is €14 excl. VAT a month, paid once a year, with hosting and SSL.

    When the truck grows

Events, reviews, FAQ and blog modules can be added later, for a festival season or a new menu.

Paperwork the site does not cover

The parking permits from each town hall or site owner, the itinerant trader card if you sell outside the town where your business is registered, payment at the hatch and your hygiene obligations.

    02To avoid

    The mistakes that
    cost you clients.

Seen on hundreds of sites in this trade, and each one is cheap to fix.

    Last month's pitches still online

A customer in an empty car park does not come back; update each stop when it changes.

Only an Instagram story for today's location

It vanishes in a day and search engines cannot read it; keep the schedule on your site.

A menu photographed on the truck's board

Unreadable on a phone; write the dishes and prices as text.

Private events on the front page

Street customers come first; keep the event offer as a second section.

Allergens given only by word of mouth

The rule for unpackaged food asks for writing; put them on every dish.

A food truck is the only food business whose address changes every day. That is the whole point of its website. People search for food truck today, street food in Toulouse or simply the name of your truck, phone in hand, with forty-five minutes for lunch. If the page does not say where you are within a few seconds, they eat a sandwich from the bakery instead.

Monday at the market, Thursday at the business park: the week at a glance

Each stop is a row with its day, its place, its address and its serving hours, and the weekly schedule sits at the top of the home page in every design. A "Where to find us" link in the header leads straight to it. The covered market on Monday morning, the business park on Tuesday and Thursday lunchtime, the village square on Friday evening: when a pitch changes, you edit one row from your phone and the schedule follows. Add a line for the days the truck is off the road or booked for a private event, so nobody waits in an empty car park.

Burgers, wraps, sides: a menu that fits on a phone screen

The menu page groups your dishes by section, each pictured with its price and a few words, plus a page of its own for those who want the details. Mark your house favourite so first-timers know what to order. Keep it short and readable: someone deciding in a queue reads three lines, not a story.

Allergens matter more than usual at a hatch, where there is little time to ask. For food sold unpackaged, French rules require the fourteen major allergens to be available in writing to the customer; each dish on the site has its allergen line, and the footer of every design reminds people where to find it.

Order at 11:30, collect at 12:15 without queuing

The pre-order form asks for the dishes and quantities, the day, the time the customer will come by, and an optional note for an allergy. You confirm the time by phone or text and cook it to be ready when they arrive; payment is made at the truck, as usual. A four-step box on the home page explains this, so nobody expects to pay online.

    Four promises of the house

Cooked to order, fresh and local produce where you can, allergens on every dish, a fair price: the house rules section gives a newcomer four short reasons to trust a kitchen on wheels. Change them to match how you really cook, and keep only what you can stand behind.

A food truck website for birthdays and company lunches too

Many trucks also come to private events: a fortieth birthday, a staff lunch, a village fête. A secondary section presents it and sends to the same form, with a line for the date, the place and the number of people. It stays second: your regulars first need to find you on the street. Three short reviews from people who come every week, saying what they order, finish the page.

Type in this week's three stops, open the preview, and see your truck's website before the next lunch rush.

    Questions

    Before you start.
    Everything else, just ask.

What people ask before they get going.

My pitches change with the seasons. How do I keep the schedule right?

Each stop is a row with day, place, address and time. You edit or hide a row, and the schedule on the home page updates. You can also switch the weekly schedule off if you work by booking only.

Can customers pay for their pre-order online?

No. They send the dishes and the time they will come, you confirm, and they pay at the hatch when they collect.

Do I have to list allergens on every dish?

Written allergen information is required in France for food sold unpackaged, at the truck. On the site, each dish has an allergens line; it can be hidden, but customers with allergies look for it.

Can companies book the truck for an event?

Yes. A private events section sends them to the form, with a line for the date, the place and the number of people, and you reply with your conditions.

    Can I announce a festival or a one-off pitch?

Add it as a stop for that day, or use the events module to give it its own page with the date and the place.

Which design suits a truck that tours villages?

The village round design shows your stops as a timeline across the week; others are built for office lunches, pre-orders on the first screen or night markets.
