Create a page for wedding receptions.

The AI does what you do not know how to do.
Easy mode
Click a text or a picture in the preview of your site and change it right there.
Rewrite my page for wedding receptions in a warmer tone.
The AI does the rest
Rewrite a page, add a section, change the colours: describe it, the AI builds it.
One minute to see how it works.
From the first sentence to the site online.
Your customers book online.
A tasting, a meeting to plan the wedding menu, a visit of the venue.
You set your hours, customers pick a slot on your site, the booking lands in your calendar.
A site that works while you work.
Four things that turn a visitor into a customer, in place from the first day.
Quote requests from your own area
Wedding dinners, cocktails, buffets, office lunch trays, seminar days: each formula has its own page, found by people looking for a caterer in the towns you deliver to. The site is built in an evening, without an agency.
See your site before you sign up
Pick a design, type your business name and phone number, and the preview on this page updates as you go. You only create an account if you like what you see.
A quote request that has everything
The form asks for the date of the event, the serving time, the number of guests, and the place, the budget and the allergies. There is no basket and no online payment: you call back and send your written quote, as you do today.
Your menus, your allergens, your delivery round
Each formula shows a price per guest, the minimum number of guests and its allergens, as French law requires for food that is not prepacked. Your delivery towns come with their order deadline and fee, and your client reviews complete the picture.
What your websitemust contain.
The sections that actually bring in enquiries, and the ones you can skip.
A caterer's website has one job: let someone planning an event decide, on a Sunday evening, that you are worth a call on Monday morning. Six sections do almost all of that work.
Your formats, with a price per head
Cocktail, seated dinner, buffet, corporate lunch: each deserves its own page, because each is a different search. State what a format includes and what it costs per person, even as a range. A caterer who publishes « from €28 per head » receives fewer enquiries and signs a larger share of them.
Menus readable on a phone
Eight visitors out of ten arrive on a phone. A PDF menu asks them to pinch, scroll sideways, and give up. Written as text, the same menu is read in three seconds, and, unlike a PDF, Google can read it too.
Proof at their scale
Someone organising for 120 guests needs to see 120 guests. For each event you show, state the headcount, the venue type and the format. That single number convinces more than any adjective.
A quote form that asks the right four things
- the date;
- the number of guests;
- the venue, and whether it has a kitchen;
- dietary requirements.
With those four, most proposals can be written without a meeting. Without them, every enquiry costs you a phone call before you even know whether it fits.
Your logistics constraints, said out loud
Delivery radius, minimum headcount, how far ahead you need to be booked, whether you provide staff and crockery, whether you can work a venue with no kitchen. These are the questions that otherwise fill your afternoons.
Reviews with a first name and an event
« Excellent service » convinces nobody. « Marie, wedding of 90 in June » convinces the next couple planning exactly that.
What it reallycosts.
Real figures, including what you pay elsewhere and what you no longer pay here.
Three routes, three orders of magnitude, and the honest version of where a site builder sits among them.
An agency
Between €2,500 and €8,000 for a showcase site with a quote form, then €50 to €150 a month for upkeep. You get a designed site and someone to call. You also get a two-to-three-month lead time, and an invoice every time a menu changes.
A freelancer
€800 to €2,500, four to six weeks. Cheaper, and often very good. The risk comes afterwards: when you want to change a price in May, your freelancer is on another project.
Doing it yourself
€14 to €30 a month and a weekend of your time. You keep control of every change, which, in a trade where menus and prices move with the seasons, is the whole point.
What you are actually paying for
- Hosting and SSL: included here; €5 to €20 a month elsewhere.
- Domain name: around €12 a year, paid to a registrar whichever route you take.
- Changing a menu: free and instant here; €50 to €150 per intervention with a provider.
- Photos: your own event photos cost nothing. A photographer for one service runs €300 to €800, worth doing once.
On Communik, building costs nothing; you pay when you publish on your own domain, from €14 a month. The comparison worth making is not agency versus builder. It is whether you will still be able to change your Christmas menu on 15 December without asking anyone.
The mistakes thatcost you clients.
Seen on hundreds of sites in this trade, and each one is cheap to fix.
The menu as a PDF
The most common mistake in this trade, by some distance. A PDF is unreadable on a phone, invisible to search engines, and impossible to update without reopening a design file. The same menu written as text costs nothing and is read three times more often.
No price, anywhere
The fear is understandable, since every event is different. But a visitor with no price does not call to ask: they call the caterer who published one. A range per head, with what it includes, filters out the enquiries you would have declined anyway.
Photos that take eight seconds to load
Straight-from-the-camera images weigh several megabytes each. On a phone on mobile data, the page is abandoned before the first dish appears. Properly resized, the same photos load instantly.
A form asking only for a name and a message
You then spend three emails extracting the date, the headcount and the venue. Ask for them once, in the form, and answer in one message.
Nothing about lead times
A wedding is booked eight to twelve months ahead; a company lunch, sometimes in four days. Saying which you can take, and by when, prevents both the impossible request and the booking lost to a competitor who answered first.
A site that never changes
A seasonal menu published in March and still there in November tells a visitor the business may have stopped. Two updates a year are enough to avoid that impression.

Before you start.Everything else, just ask.
What people ask before they get going.
Can my clients order and pay online?
No. Every event is a quote request with the date, the time and the number of guests. There is no basket and no online payment: you call back, send your written quote and take the deposit as you do today.
Does the site show allergens?
Yes. Each formula has its own allergen line, and a section explains how you inform guests. For food that is not prepacked, French law (decree of 17 April 2015) requires allergen information in writing, without the customer having to ask.
Can I show my order deadlines and minimum numbers?
Yes: each formula shows its price per guest and its minimum, and each delivery town its order deadline and fee. The occasions you do not cater for, weddings or lunch trays for example, are removed when the site is rewritten.
How much does it cost?
Building it is free; publishing on your domain starts at €14 excl. VAT a month, hosting and SSL included.
Is the website mine?
Yes. Your text, your photos and your domain name stay yours, and the subscription can be cancelled whenever you like.
