What you get

A site that works while you work.

Four things that turn a visitor into a customer, in place from the first day.

Every lesson with the age it starts at

Baby pony from 3, ponies then horses by level, adult groups in the evening: a parent finds the right group without calling the office.

A timetable that settles the day and the time

Wednesday 10:00 baby pony, Saturday 16:00 jumping: the week's lessons with instructor and level, which is where most families decide.

Diplomas, helmet and Galops said plainly

State-qualified instructors with a professional card, a helmet to standards on every head, federation exams at the rider's pace.

Five stable moods to try with your club name

Rosette, Pony Club, Tack Room, Arena Letters or Trail Markers: type your club's name on this page and see your lessons appear in each.

The pages you get

Not an empty template to fill in: pages already written and already linked to each other, with example content you correct instead of writing from scratch.

    02To avoid

    The mistakes that
    cost you clients.

Seen on hundreds of sites in this trade, and each one is cheap to fix.

    Lessons with no starting age

A parent calls to ask whether four is too young.

    A timetable from last season

A family turns up on Tuesday for a lesson moved to Wednesday.

    Galops promised by a date

Every rider progresses at their own pace, and parents remember promises.

    No word on the helmet

The first question of every worried parent.

Livery prices that hide the extras

Owners compare clubs line by line.

A riding school is chosen at two moments of the year. At the end of August, parents type pony club near me or riding lessons for children, and before each school holiday they look for a riding holiday course. Adults coming back to riding search in January. In every case the visitor wants the same four answers: from what age, which day, who teaches, and how much.

Baby pony, children or adults: which group is mine?

Nobody books a riding lesson in general; they book a group. Give each one its page: baby pony from three with Shetlands led by hand, weekly lessons for children and teenagers on ponies then horses, adult groups in the evening and on Saturdays, holiday courses, rides for riders at ease outside, livery for owners. For each, the level, the audience with its group size, the duration and the price. A parent reading that their four-year-old can start on a Shetland, in a group of six, decides much faster.

Which day, which time, which instructor?

Families organise their week around the riding lesson, not the reverse. A timetable with the day, the time, the lesson, the instructor and the level for every weekly lesson answers the question that triggers most calls to the office. Keep it up to date when the school year starts and add a line on holiday weeks. Rosette lays it out like a results table, Pony Club as round time tokens, and Arena Letters as a numbered test sheet.

Diplomas, helmets and Galops: the questions parents always ask

In France, teaching riding for pay requires one of the diplomas recognised for horse riding, the BPJEPS in equestrian activities, the DEJEPS or the former BEES, and a professional card. Say so on every page. Add that a helmet to safety standards is compulsory on horseback, lent for the trial lesson, and that the federation licence taken through the club includes civil liability insurance. Then present the Galops as the federation names them, Pony Galops then Galops 1 to 7, taken when the instructor judges the rider ready. A parent reading this from a riding school in Le Mans or anywhere else feels the club is serious.

A riding school website that also speaks to owners and trekkers

Not every visitor is a parent. Owners compare livery: box or field, feed, daily turnout, access to the arenas, and what stays at their charge, such as the vet and the farrier. Holidaymakers look for a two-hour ride or a day trek with a picnic, and want to know the level required. Tack Room presents livery and adult lessons with brass plates and saddle-stitched leather, and Trail Markers opens on a forest path with a signpost pointing to the rides.

From the trial lesson to the season

On every page, a short form collects the lesson, the rider's age and their level or the Galop already passed. You reply with a trial lesson in the right group and the list of what is needed to register. Season prices sit next to it: trial lesson, membership, licence at the federation rate, term of weekly lessons, lesson card, holiday course. Clubs that sell many treks or courses can add online booking so that riders reserve their place themselves.

Type your club's name in the preview and see your ponies, your timetable and your prices in the design that looks like your stables.

    Questions

    Before you start.
    Everything else, just ask.

What people ask before they get going.

How does the site present the Galops?

With the names the French federation uses: Pony Galops for the youngest, then Galops 1 to 7. Each lesson states the level it prepares, and the site says that a Galop is taken when the instructor judges the rider ready, never as a promise.

Where do my instructors' diplomas appear?

In the commitments block and the footer of every design: riders are taught by instructors holding a riding diploma (BPJEPS equestrian activities, DEJEPS or the former BEES) and a professional card, the legal condition for being paid to teach. Names and specialities are yours to add.

We hold the federation's riding school label. Can it appear?

Only once you mention it during setup: the label is then written into your texts. Clubs that do not hold it never see it appear.

Can riders book a trek or a holiday course online?

That is what the booking option does (€19 excl. VAT a month and up): dates and places are opened by you, riders reserve and can pay on your Stripe account, with no commission for Communik. Without it, the trial lesson form sends you each request by email.

Our club does no rides, only lessons. Is that a problem?

No. Every lesson and activity is a row you can delete. The Trail Markers design is the one that puts rides first; the others work just as well without them.

Can the timetable be hidden during the holidays?

You can turn the weekly timetable off in the options, and every page then drops it. Many clubs keep it and add a line saying that holiday weeks have their own courses.
