What you get

A site that works while you work.

Four things that turn a visitor into a customer, in place from the first day.

First-meeting requests you can prepare for

The form asks for the date or season, the number of guests, the region or venue and, only if they know it, a budget. You walk into the first meeting already knowing the size of the wedding.

Packages that explain themselves

Full planning, partial planning, coordination on the day, secular ceremony: each package has its page with what you handle, when to start and a starting fee you can hide.

Your weddings, region by region

A barn in the Perche, a garden in Provence, a courtyard in Lyon: each wedding shows its place, style and year, so couples recognise the atmosphere they want.

Your packages in place before any account

You see your planner site with your own packages and colours in the live preview, then decide whether to create an account and put it online.

The pages you get

Not an empty template to fill in: pages already written and already linked to each other, with example content you correct instead of writing from scratch.

01Budget

What it really
costs.

Real figures, including what you pay elsewhere and what you no longer pay here.

Building your planner site

Creating the site and previewing it costs nothing, and no bank card is asked for. Going live on your own domain name is €14 excl. VAT a month, billed yearly, with hosting and SSL included.

Booking first meetings and growing the site

Letting couples book a first meeting online adds €19 excl. VAT a month or more; any payment reaches your Stripe account and Communik takes nothing on it. FAQ, reviews, gallery and blog modules can be added whenever you need them.

Left to you and your couples

Your domain name if you do not have one yet, your contracts with couples and suppliers, and the photographers' rights on wedding pictures.

02To avoid

The mistakes that
cost you clients.

Seen on hundreds of sites in this trade, and each one is cheap to fix.

Pretty pictures and nothing about method

Couples also want to know how you handle their budget and their suppliers.

Hiding every fee until the meeting

A starting fee per package, or a clear note that you quote each wedding, avoids meetings that go nowhere.

Making the budget field compulsory

Many couples do not know theirs yet: keep it optional or they leave.

Claiming a certification that does not exist

The profession is not regulated: write only what you can prove.

Ignoring couples who live elsewhere

Explain how you work at a distance: grouped visits, video calls, a shared folder.

The engagement is recent, the date is a season more than a day, and neither partner has ever organised anything for a hundred and twenty guests. They type wedding planner with the name of a region, open a handful of sites and keep two. Here is what makes them keep yours.

What couples need to read before they call you

Three questions come back in almost every first message: how much of the work you take over, how your fees are calculated, and whether you have already planned a wedding like theirs. A site that answers those plainly spares you a call that leads nowhere, and spares them an awkward conversation about money.

Give each answer its own place: packages on one page, past weddings in a gallery, your commitments in a short block anyone can read in thirty seconds.

Full planning, a helping hand or just the day itself

Few couples know the difference between partial planning and day-of coordination. Each package on your site has its own page: what you handle, when to get in touch (well over a year ahead for full planning, a few weeks for coordination) and a starting fee. If you prefer to quote every wedding, one setting hides the prices and the page invites a request instead. A secular ceremony can sit alongside the other packages, with the reminder that in France only the civil ceremony at the town hall is legally binding.

Who signs with the caterer, and who holds the budget

This is where trust is won or lost. Couples fear hidden commissions and losing control of their own day. Say how you work, in your own words:

  • a shared budget, updated after every quote;
  • two or three quotes per supplier, and the couple chooses;
  • supplier contracts signed in the couple's names, never yours;
  • one person on the day who answers the venue, the caterer and the band.

These are your own commitments, presented as such, and you rewrite them to match how you really work.

Getting married four hundred kilometres from home

Plenty of weddings happen where a family house stands, or where a couple fell for a barn on holiday. Those couples search for a wedding planner in Burgundy or in Provence from a flat in Paris or London. Tell them how you work at a distance: venue visits grouped on a single weekend, regular video calls, one shared folder for quotes and decisions. The first-meeting request asks for the date or season, the number of guests, the region or venue if they have one, and a budget only if they already know it. You can reply the next day with something useful.

A wedding planner website built on real weddings

Photographs convey the atmosphere better than any adjective. Each wedding in your gallery carries its place, its style and its year: long tables in a barn, dinner in a château orangery, a ceremony facing the sea. Publish only the weddings the couple has agreed to share, and credit the photographer. If you are just starting out, the gallery disappears with one setting and your packages carry the page until you have pictures to show.

Reviews from couples, signed with first names and the package they chose, complete the picture without a single invented figure.

Put your packages and your favourite wedding online this evening, then publish once every page sounds like you.

Questions

Before you start.
Everything else, just ask.

What people ask before they get going.

Can couples book a first meeting online?

Yes. Online booking is an add-on starting at €19 excl. VAT monthly; with it, couples pick one of your first-meeting slots. Without it, the site collects first-meeting requests and you reply by email.

I only do day-of coordination. Will the site still work for me?

Yes. You keep only the packages you offer, and the coordination package gets its own page with its fee and what you take care of on the day.

Do I have to show prices for every package?

No. A setting hides the starting fees across the site, and each package then invites couples to ask for a quote.

Can I mention a qualification or a label?

Only one you actually hold. Wedding planning is not a regulated profession in France, so the site writes none in your place.

Can I offer a secular ceremony?

Yes, as a package like the others. The site reminds couples that in France only the civil wedding at the town hall is legally binding and that it comes first.

Can couples who live far away follow my work?

Your gallery shows weddings by region and style, and your packages page can explain how you work remotely, so a couple in another city can judge before the first video call.
