Questions

Which fields should I require?

The strict minimum — usually email and password. Everything else can be asked later, once the member is in.

Do I need a consent checkbox?

Under GDPR, consent for terms/privacy is best captured explicitly at signup — the card has a ready spot for it.

Does it match the login card visually?

Yes — both share the same structure and theme inheritance, so the two-step journey feels continuous.
