One minute to see how it works.
From the first sentence to the site online.
Your customers book online.
A fitting appointment, an alteration, a bridesmaid dress.
You set your hours, customers pick a slot on your site, the booking lands in your calendar.
A site that works while you work.
Four things that turn a visitor into a customer, in place from the first day.
Dresses shown the way brides search for them
By silhouette, with the fabric, the cut and a starting price, so she arrives at the fitting knowing what she wants to try.
A timeline that brings brides in early enough
8 to 12 months for the first fittings, 6 months at the latest to order: your advice, written once, ends the last-minute panic calls.
Requests that start with the wedding date
The date or season, the style she imagines and the number of people coming: you prepare the right salon and the right dresses.
Five boutique moods to try before any account

Live on your domain, appointments online
The site runs on your own domain for €14 excl. VAT a month, billed yearly, with hosting and SSL certificate included. Online booking of fitting slots is an option from €19 excl. VAT a month; any payment lands on your Stripe account with no Communik commission. FAQ, reviews, gallery and blog modules can be added.
What the boutique keeps in its own hands
Orders with your suppliers, deposits and order forms, alterations in the workshop, stock of sample dresses and your boutique's opening hours.
The mistakes thatcost you clients.
Seen on hundreds of sites in this trade, and each one is cheap to fix.
A gallery with no silhouette or price
Brides cannot tell whether the shop is for them.
Nothing about lead times
A bride arrives four months before the wedding with her heart set on a made-to-order dress.
Designer names you are not allowed to use
A legal risk and a broken promise in the salon.
No word on how many people can come
A group of eight turns up in a salon for three.
Only long dresses on show
Brides marrying at the town hall look elsewhere.
Choosing a wedding dress starts months before the wedding and almost always online. Brides type wedding dress shop with the name of their town, look for bohemian wedding dresses or a short dress for a civil wedding, and save the boutiques whose style speaks to them. They contact two or three. Your site decides whether you are one of them.
Lace, crepe or tulle: show the dresses the way she imagines them
A bride thinks in silhouettes and fabrics before she thinks in brands. Present each dress with its silhouette, A-line, ballgown, mermaid, sheath, short or bohemian, a few precise words on the fabric and the cut, and a starting price. That price is the custom in bridal shops and it matters: it tells her straight away whether your boutique fits her budget. A favourite badge on a few dresses helps her start somewhere.
When should a bride come to the boutique?
Many brides do not know that most dresses are made to order. Write your advice once: first fittings eight to twelve months before the wedding, the order six months before at the latest, the dress arriving two months before for alterations, the final fitting a few weeks before. Add a line for the late ones: some dresses can be bought off the rack. This short timeline brings brides in at the right moment and spares you the anxious calls in June for a wedding in July.
A bridal shop website that books fittings, not just views
Your site does not sell dresses, it books appointments. On every page, a form asks for the wedding date or the season, what she has in mind, with style, sleeves, length or budget, and how many people will come with her. You know which salon to prepare and which dresses to bring out. Couturier Toile highlights your alterations workshop with a tape measure and pattern lines, Lookbook presents your selection like a fashion collection, Invitation Card has the warmth of wedding stationery, Boho Garden suits country weddings, and City Hall speaks to brides marrying at the town hall.
The fitting, the alterations and the questions nobody dares ask
Explain how the appointment goes: an hour and a half, a salon reserved for her, two or three companions, free and without obligation. Say that your seamstress adjusts the dress over two or three fittings. Then answer the delicate questions: the sizes she can try on, the deposit at the order and the balance before delivery, and the fact that a dress ordered in the boutique does not come with a 14-day withdrawal period, since that right covers distance sales. Written plainly, these answers reassure more than any promise.
Short dresses and civil weddings have their place
Not every bride wants a train. Short and midi dresses, a second dress for the evening, a small budget, a close date: give them a visible place, with shorter lead times and sizes in stock. A bridal shop in Lyon that shows both worlds widens its audience without losing its style.
Type the name of your boutique in the preview and see your dresses, your salon and your timeline in the design that looks like your shop.

I founded Communik and I read every request. Tell me about your business: we look at it together and I tell you plainly what you need, whether you build the site yourself or we build it for you.
Before you start.Everything else, just ask.
What people ask before they get going.
Does the site name the designers and labels I sell?
No label is named by default, and the brief forbids adding one that you have not given. If you want to show the houses you work with, you add them in your own words.
Can brides choose a dress online and pay for it?
No, and that is deliberate: a wedding dress is chosen during a fitting. The site shows the dresses and takes appointment requests. Add online booking (€19 excl. VAT a month and up) and brides pick a fitting slot themselves; if you take a payment, it is paid into your Stripe account and Communik keeps none of it.
Can I show prices without committing to them?
Each dress shows a starting price, which is the custom in bridal shops. The final amount depends on the size, options and alterations, and appears on the order form.
What does the site say about withdrawal after an order?
That a dress ordered in the boutique does not come with the 14-day withdrawal period, which French law reserves for distance sales, and that the conditions are on the order form. It is a frequent question; answering it calmly builds trust.
We also dress grooms and bridesmaids. Can the site show it?
Yes. Bridesmaid and flower girl dresses appear in the services block with a starting price, and you can add rows for suits or accessories in the same way.
Can I highlight a few dresses?
Yes. A favourite switch on each dress adds a small badge; turn the option off and the badges disappear from the whole site.
