Rewrite a page, add a section, change the colours: describe it, the AI builds it.
One minute to see how it works.
From the first sentence to the site online.
Your customers book online.
A visit at home, help in the morning, a pick-up from school.
You set your hours, customers pick a slot on your site, the booking lands in your calendar.
A site that works while you work.
Four things that turn a visitor into a customer, in place from the first day.
Written for the daughter who lives far away
The visit at home, the written proposal and the contact for the family explained so that a relative can organise help from a distance.
The funding question answered without figures
Tax credit, APA, disability compensation and pension fund aid named and explained, so families know what to bring to the visit.
Clear limits that build trust
No nursing care, no promise of a place tomorrow, no invented authorisation: a site that says exactly what the agency does.
A kitchen table, a planner or a school gate: try your agency
Type your agency name on this page and see it in Kitchen Table, Weekly Planner, Family Album, Under One Roof or School Run.
The pages you get
Not an empty template to fill in: pages already written and already linked to each other, with example content you correct instead of writing from scratch.

Building the agency's site
Choosing a design, writing your services, your area and your hours, and reading the preview with your family members costs nothing, and you never type a card number.
Live on your domain
Publication on your own address is €14 excl. VAT a month, settled once a year, with hosting and the SSL certificate. Modules for families' questions, reviews and a blog can join the site later.
Beyond the website
Your declaration, authorisation or approval, your carers' training and contracts, your insurance, your coordination with nurses, and the visits at home themselves.
The mistakes thatcost you clients.
Seen on hundreds of sites in this trade, and each one is cheap to fix.
Promising nursing care that carers cannot give
A false promise, and a legal risk for the agency.
Quoting a tax credit rate as a slogan
Families compare it to their bill and feel misled.
Photos of hospital beds and masks
People want to stay at home, not in a ward.
No word on who replaces the carer
The first holiday becomes a crisis.
A site that forgets the family carer
The person who decides is often the one who is exhausted.
Help at home is usually searched for by someone else. A son types home care + his mother's town after her second fall, a wife looks for respite for carers after a sleepless month, parents search for after-school childcare at home when the new job starts. They read carefully, often in the evening, and call the agency whose site made them feel that their situation was understood.
Who will come into the house?
That is the first question, even when nobody says it aloud. Answer it with your commitments: the same carer as far as possible, a replacement the family has already met when she is away, and one contact at the agency who follows the file and adjusts the schedule when needs change. Add the free assessment visit at home, with the family if they wish. A daughter who reads this knows that her mother will not open the door to a stranger every week.
How help starts, from the first call to the first week
Describe the path in four steps: the call, the visit at home, a written proposal with the schedule, the hourly price, the aid that may apply and the estimated cost after tax credit, then the first weeks checked together. Give a short list of what to prepare: any APA decision, the details of the doctor and the nurse, the days that matter most. Families who know the path start sooner, and help arrives before the next emergency.
Funding, explained honestly
Cost is the question families hesitate to ask. Say that with a declared provider part of what they pay qualifies for a tax credit, and that APA, disability compensation, pension fund aid or mutual insurers may fund some hours, depending on the situation. Write no rate and no ceiling: they change and depend on each household. Offer to help with the paperwork instead. That promise, kept, is often what wins the family over.
The towns you cover, and the hours you work
Help at home depends on distance: a carer cannot cross the department for a half-hour visit. Name the town and the villages you cover, say when you help, from the early morning to the evening and on weekends, and whether nights are possible on request. A family searching from another region can then check in a few seconds that their parent's address is within reach, and call you rather than an agency that will say no.
A home care website for every generation
Agencies serve older people, people with a disability and families with children, sometimes under the same roof. The module gives each service its own page: help with independence, shopping and meals, outings, night presence, respite, childcare and housekeeping. It also states plainly that carers do not give nursing care, and that housework alone is the job of a cleaning company. Five designs set the tone: a kitchen table with a gingham band, a weekly planner, a family photo album, simple drawn houses and a school-gate crossing.
Pick the design that sounds like your agency, type its name on this page, and read what a worried family will see tonight.

I founded Communik and I read every request. Tell me about your business: we look at it together and I tell you plainly what you need, whether you build the site yourself or we build it for you.
Before you start.Everything else, just ask.
What people ask before they get going.
Does the site give a tax credit rate or an hourly price?
No. It says that with a declared provider part of what families pay qualifies for a tax credit, and that you give a written estimate after the visit. Rates and ceilings change and depend on each household, so none is written.
We are authorised by the department for older people. Where does that appear?
In every footer, with "declaration, authorisation or approval depending on the activity" and a number to complete. Nothing is invented for you.
We do not look after children. Can I remove childcare?
Yes. You delete the childcare line from your services and the questions that mention it; the School Run design then simply stays unused.
Can families see a schedule of visits?
The Weekly Planner design shows an example week on the home page, with getting up, meals, shopping, the school run and nights in coloured slots. It illustrates how you work; the real schedule stays between you and each family.
Does the site say that carers do not give nursing care?
Yes, in every design. It protects the agency and answers a question families often hesitate to ask.
What is the difference with a cleaning company?
The module is built around independence and childcare. Housekeeping is one service among others, and its page says honestly that housework alone is the job of a cleaning company.
