Rewrite a page, add a section, change the colours: describe it, the AI builds it.
One minute to see how it works.
From the first sentence to the site online.
Your customers book online.
A visit or a free trial day, a meeting room by the hour.
You set your hours, customers pick a slot on your site, the booking lands in your calendar.
A site that works while you work.
Four things that turn a visitor into a customer, in place from the first day.
Prices excluding VAT on every plan
From the €20 day pass to the private office, each plan says what it costs, what is included and how much notice you need. No "contact us for a quote".
Spaces shown with their seats
Twenty desks, an office for four, a room for twelve, three booths: visitors check that the place fits their team before they visit.
A free trial day as the main call
The form asks which plan, for how many and from when, so you can answer with a date instead of a list of questions.
Your space in five atmospheres
Lobby Board, Room Planner, Stamp Card, Village Table or Mailbox Wall: type the name of your space on this page and try each one live.
The pages you get
Not an empty template to fill in: pages already written and already linked to each other, with example content you correct instead of writing from scratch.

What it reallycosts.
Real figures, including what you pay elsewhere and what you no longer pay here.
Designing the space's site
Picking a design, entering your plans, rooms and prices is free, and the preview never asks for a card.
Publishing, then taking bookings
The site lives on its own domain for €14 excl. VAT a month, one invoice a year covering hosting and SSL. Rooms and desks booked online cost from €19 excl. VAT per month extra, and members pay into your Stripe account: Communik takes no share. Galleries, reviews, a FAQ and events are separate modules.
What the space runs with other tools
Badge and door access systems, invoicing members, mail handling for domiciled companies, the lease of the building and its insurance.
The mistakes thatcost you clients.
Seen on hundreds of sites in this trade, and each one is cheap to fix.
Prices only on request
A freelancer comparing three spaces skips the one that hides its rates.
No word on commitment
Fear of a twelve-month contract stops many sign-ups.
Empty-room photos
Visitors want to see a place where people work and have lunch.
A business address offer without the approval number
The law requires the approval, and founders check it.
Meeting rooms buried in the member plans
Outside teams looking for a room for the day never find it.
Coworking spaces are chosen online, often in one evening. A freelancer tired of working alone, a remote employee whose company pays for two days a week, a team that needs a room once a month, a founder who needs an address for his registration. They type coworking near me, coworking Bordeaux or meeting room to rent by the hour, open a few sites and keep the ones where they can see prices, spaces and a way to try.
Day pass, fixed desk or private office?
Visitors do not all want the same thing. Write each plan as a page of its own: the day pass to try or to drop in, the ten-day book for those who come twice a week, the flexible desk with a locker, the fixed desk where the screen stays, the private office for a team of two to six, the meeting room by the hour and the business address. Give each its price excluding VAT, what is included and the commitment, one month notice for monthly plans. That is the line people look for before anything else.
Show the place as it is used
A coworking space sells an atmosphere as much as desks. Present each space with its seats and size: the open space and its twenty desks, the offices, the large and small meeting rooms, the soundproof booths, the kitchen. Use photos of the place with people in it, at lunchtime, in a set meeting room. Visitors check whether the quiet, the light and the neighbours suit them before booking a visit.
A coworking website that lets people try
Few members sign up without a visit. Make the trial day the main call to action: the form asks which plan interests them, for how many people and from when, so you reply with a date rather than a list of questions. Teams that only need a room can book it directly with the online booking option, from €19 excl. VAT a month, and pay into your own Stripe account.
The business address, with the approval that goes with it
Domiciling companies is a regulated activity in France: it requires a prefectoral approval and a written contract of at least three months, renewable. If you offer it, say so with your approval number, and explain how mail is received, kept and notified. Founders compare these details closely. The Mailbox Wall design is built for spaces where this service brings most of the members.
City centre or village third place
A town-centre space with five private offices and a rural third place with a big kitchen table do not speak the same way. The five designs cover both, from the Lobby Board of a converted building to the Village Table with its chalkboard of the week, through the Room Planner for companies and the Stamp Card for freelancers who come when they like.
Give the preview the name of your space: plans, rooms and the trial day take their place on your future coworking site.

Before you start.Everything else, just ask.
What people ask before they get going.
Can members book a meeting room or a desk online?
Yes, with the online booking option from €19 excl. VAT a month: members and outside teams pick a slot, and payments go to your own Stripe account with no Communik commission. Without it, the trial form collects requests by email.
Why are prices shown excluding VAT?
Most of your members invoice through a company and compare excluding VAT. The footer says so clearly, and you can switch the wording if your members are mostly private individuals.
I offer a business address service. What must the site say?
That you hold the prefectoral approval required to domicile companies, with its number, and that the contract runs for at least three months, renewable. The page is ready; you replace the example number with yours.
We are a third place in a small town, with events. Does it fit?
Yes. The Village Table design puts a chalkboard with the week's programme on the first screen, and the events module can list the next gatherings.
Can I show how many desks and offices are free?
The site shows each space with its seats and size. Real-time availability comes with the booking option; otherwise you mention a free office in the plan text and remove it once it is let.
Can the site present the members and the community?
Reviews from members and a word on shared lunches or breakfasts fit naturally. The testimonials module adds real reviews; you only publish those you have permission for.
Try it for real, the risk is on us
